We are a newly-formed direct to consumer automobile insurance company. We believe people who like what they do, do it better. We pride ourselves on a relaxed and friendly company culture. We encourage a climate of individual contribution, long-term commitment and profitable growth.
Elephant Insurance Services LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Admiral Group, PLC. Admiral Group is the third largest auto insurer in the UK with subsidiaries in Germany, Italy and Spain.
Benefits
We believe work should be fun. We have a pool table, ping pong table, and Nintendo Wii for people to use on their breaks. We offer an internet cafe for our call center reps to use for email, face book, banking, ect.
We offer fantastic benefits, 100% employee medical, dental, basic life, STD, and LTD. We offer a per pay period fund to offset the cost of our supplemental benefits, which includes a gym subsidy. We provide $3000 a year 401k contribution regardless of what the employee contributes and semi-annual stock disbursements.
